A sure-fire way to make any project memorable is to transform your classroom into an experiential learning space. You can’t go to Australia, but Australia can come to you! Recreating an Australian scene in class is guaranteed to encourage creative thinking, and it’s really not as difficult or time-consuming as it sounds.
