Use this resource on its own or with the Question time lesson from our Sea topic.

Use this activity sheet to help children devise their own questions in a class quiz on Tao and the Kingdom of Pearls. Tell them that you want questions that will really get their classmates thinking. (Devising the questions will necessitate deep thinking too.) This will be a quiz with a difference as not all questions will have an obvious correct answer and sometimes questions will require teams to make inferences about the text.
